  • Environmental Partners Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Ryan J. Trahan, P.E. recently joined the company as a Project Manager.  Ryan brings 10 years of experience in engineering design and construction supervision for various land use, drainage, and water resource projects, having served as a Project Manager for various clients on the South Shore and in Connecticut. During his career, Ryan has led the planning, design, and permitting of water utility infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, tanks, and dams.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. EPG welcomes Ryan as a valuable addition to its staff.

  • Weymouth's New Great Pond Water Treatment Plant was placed into operation on September 15, 2010.  Site work and construction of the $32.2 Million treatment plant began in the Fall of 2007 and was completed on schedule.  Environmental Partners Group, Inc. provided piloting, conceptual planning, design, construction oversight, and operations and start-up assistance. Click here
  • Employee Profile: C. Carter Fahy, a principal at EPG, and former Commander in the Coast Guard Reserve.  He retired from the Coast Guard Reserve in June of 2011. He was called back to active duty in June and July 2010 to help oversee the response to the BP oil spill.  Carter served as the Coast Guard's liaison officer for the State of Mississippi and interfaced routinely with national, state and local leaders.  These included the National Incident Commander Admiral Thad Allen, Mississippi Governor Barbour, Mississippi Senator Wicker, and Congressman Taylor.  Carter is a professional engineer and Licensed Site Professional and a Coast Guard Academy graduate with 20 plus years in active and reserve Coast Guard duty.  He has been called back to active duty several times over the past few years during the Coast Guard's surge efforts following 9/11, Hurricane Katrina and the Haiti earthquake.  We thank Carter for his dedicated service.
