Staff Engineer - We are seeking a Staff Engineer with 1-3 years' experience with municipal water, sewer, and drain projects. Must be proficient with CADD, and MS Office, experience with preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permits is a plus. A Bachelor's of Science degree is required.
