Environmental Partners Group was built on the core philosophy that a strict focus on client service through partnership creates added value for our clients.

Unlike many of our competitors in the consulting engineering business, we have a different business outlook – we believe in placing Quality ahead of Quantity. You will not be treated like “just another client”. We value your business, which means that we only pursue proposals and take on assignments that we truthfully can handle with our technical and management resources.

The foundation of our growth and reputation within the engineering community is our close partnership with our clients, in many cases becoming an extension of their own staff, while applying the technical expertise we have gained through decades of experience. It is this experience – as pure consultants, design professionals, managers, construction contractors, and subcontractors – that allows Environmental Partners to anticipate and address project related issues, impacts, and opportunities.

Environmental Partners Group strives to be a leader in innovative practices, processes, and strategies on our civil and environmental engineering projects.

  • We were ahead of the curve in offering comprehensive Geographic Information System (GIS) services to our municipal clients on numerous projects, including water, wastewater, and storm water compliance projects.

  • We design innovative treatment processes for water and wastewater systems, and offer innovative approaches for placing decommissioned water supplies back into service.

  • Deploying horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and trenchless technologies is nothing new for Environmental Partners Group. On Behalf of Island Alliance, we designed a half-mile HDD utility tunnel beneath Boston Harbor to deliver vital water, wastewater, and electrical utilities to Peddocks Island. The project received an Engineering Excellence Award in 2007 from the American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC), and was presented at the 2007 Trenchless Technology Conference in San Diego, CA.

  • We have also designed soil vapor extraction and reaction wall technologies for groundwater remediation at Superfund Sites.

Our History:

Environmental Partners Group was founded in 1997 by Paul Gabriel and Mark White. Having worked together for over ten years, Mark and Paul shared the fundamental philosophy of forming partnerships with clients in order to develop the most appropriate solutions to the challenges at hand. This shared commitment to clients led to the formation of Environmental Partners Group, Inc. and our strict focus on client service through partnership.

Early on, Environmental Partners established its reputation for full-service capabilities on significant solid waste, hazardous waste, and wastewater projects. These projects included the successful design and construction of a Superfund landfill remediation project in southern Vermont, and serving as the owner’s project manager for a $20 Million wastewater collection and treatment system project for the Town of Provincetown, MA. We consistently demonstrated our ability to develop sound strategic solutions, and to deliver the array of technical services of a larger firm with the client service of a small firm. Today we continue to provide extensive and diverse services to many of our early clients.

As we have grown and diversified, we have remained dedicated to our goal of providing the best client service in our industry. In addition to our wastewater, solid waste, and hazardous waste services, we now provide extensive water supply services in addition to GIS mapping, storm water management, and civil/site engineering including recreational facility design services. Significant projects include the design of an 8 MGD state-of-the-art water treatment plant and the design of an 80-acre recreational complex that includes multi-use fields and multiple passive recreational elements.

We are extremely proud that, from our original partnership, Environmental Partners has grown into a leading consulting, engineering, and construction management firm in our region.
