Greg is a Senior Project Manager at Environmental Partners with 25 years of experience in Traffic & Transportation Engineering. Specializing in design of traffic signal systems including application of advanced technologies such as adaptive signal control, traffic responsive timing plans, and peer-to-peer communication, his project experience covers a wide breadth of services.
From performing, leading, and overseeing all aspects of traffic and transportation engineering, to Complete Streets design, capacity analysis, roundabout design and analysis, signage and pavement marking design including guide sign design, temporary traffic control plans and construction staging, and peer reviews, Greg approaches every project from a multifaceted perspective. Additionally, he focuses on traffic safety and has extensive experience in Road Safety Audits and safety-focused application of local and federal design standards for all users.
A registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a nationally-certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and Level 1 Road Safety Professional (RSP), Greg is certified by the International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) as a Traffic Signal Technician Level 1, and a Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control Technician. He is an active member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
