About Roger
Roger is a Construction Manager at Environmental Partners with over 35 years of experience in the Construction Management, Drinking Water, Stormwater and Wastewater fields.
Specializing in municipal construction management, his project experience includes water/wastewater pump stations and treatment plants; water and sewer line expansion and replacement; and municipal buildings to include; schools, fire stations, police stations and crematorium. His experience in roles such as Director of Public Works, Highway Superintendent, Water & Sewer Superintendent, gives him a unique perspective on municipal infrastructure projects.
He has a Master of Art in Public Administration from Framingham State University; a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Roger is a Certified Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts, Additionally, Roger has been active in the American Public Works Association, New England Water Works and Worcester County Highway Association in his career.
