Stephen is a Project Scientist at Environmental Partners with 10 years of experience in Environmental Services, Infrastructure Asset Management, Emergency Management Services, Stormwater, and Drinking Water services.
Focused in geology, hydrogeology, environmental work, hazardous waste, solid waste, and stormwater services, he specializes in Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) site investigation and remedial action implementation, GIS mapping and asset management, database management, and geotechnical/subsurface evaluations. Stephen has hands-on experience in hazardous waste site characterization and remedial implementation activities, landfill sampling and inspections, subsurface condition assessments, stormwater investigations and GIS/GPS data collection and utilizes the data he collects in the field to develop MCP Phase I through Phase V reports, build and map town-wide utility asset databases, and support engineering projects with geotechnical assessments.
Graduating from Boston College with a B.S. in Environmental Science, Stephen has received 40-Hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and 8-Hour OSHA Class II Asbestos training. He is a member of the Licensed Site Professionals Association (LSPA) and participates in the Young Professional committee with the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBCNE).
