About William

Bill is a Project Scientist at Environmental Partners with 5 years of experience in the Environmental and Stormwater services.

He specializes in soil, air, and water sampling, NPDES Phase II stormwater compliance, drain system mapping, hazardous waste management and drilling oversight. He is also responsible for the Landfill Monitoring Program at EP where he has supported ten municipalities throughout The Commonwealth. His project experience includes GIS mapping, field data collection, and data analysis.

Graduated from Trinity College, Bill acquired a B.S. in Environmental Science and a Minor in Biology. Additionally, Bill has completed the OSHA 40 HAZWOPER training, as well as the NASSCO MACP/PACP/LACP training program, and is a member of the Massachusetts Water Pollution Control Association (MWPCA) and participates in the Environmental Business Council Young Professionals program.
