EP’s Core Philosophy

Built on the core philosophy that collaboration and partnership provide invaluable experiences, Environmental Partners (EP) strives to be leaders of innovative practices, processes, and strategies within the AEC industry. Deeply valuing and respecting clients and relationships, EP only pursues work and takes on assignments in alignment with the technical and management resources found within the multi-disciplinary and highly skilled team of approximately 100.

Focused on the Core Values of Partnership, Commitment, Responsiveness, Diversity, Accessibility, Innovation, and Sustainability, EP prioritizes quality ahead of quantity and has a deep commitment to serving clients and New England communities.

Now in its 26th year, EP has an exceptionally high level of repeat business with both municipal and private sector clients, many of whom have been partners for over two decades; a testament to the importance of finding collaborative solutions and creating true partnerships.

Our History

Environmental Partners was founded in 1997 by Paul Gabriel and Mark White. Having worked together for over ten years, Mark and Paul shared the fundamental philosophy of forming partnerships with clients in order to develop the most appropriate solutions to the challenges at hand. This shared commitment to clients led to the formation of Environmental Partners Group, Inc. and our strict focus on client service through partnership.

Early on, Environmental Partners established its reputation for full-service capabilities on significant solid waste, hazardous waste, and wastewater projects. These projects included the successful design and construction of a Superfund landfill remediation project in southern Vermont, and serving as the owner’s project manager for a $20 Million wastewater collection and treatment system project for the Town of Provincetown, MA. Consistently demonstrating the ability to develop sound strategic solutions, and deliver the array of technical services of a larger firm while remaining focused on client services, proved quickly to be a strategy clients wanted and needed. Today, with more than 70 professional staff and four offices, EP continues to provide extensive and diverse services.

While EP has grown and diversified, it remains committed to providing the best client service in the industry providing a broad array of engineering and consulting services and is proud to be an industry leader in the New England region.
