All successful projects involve an initial planning phase and, depending on the scope and complexity of the project, planning can involve a significant amount of study and analysis.
Environmental Partners (EP) has been working with clients to perform planning level studies and analysis for years. EP’s technical staff, whether they are professional planners, engineers, or environmental professionals, work collaboratively with clients from the beginning of projects to insure that all aspects and contingencies are considered and addressed as the project progresses from planning to design and ultimately construction. Planning studies typically include analysis of physical conditions, design factors, and regulatory and permitting issues that may affect project timing and feasibility.
Although planning level studies have traditionally focused on core infrastructure markets such as water and wastewater, EP has been increasingly involved with stormwater, green infrastructure, and resilience planning.
