Ryan took on the COO role mid-2019, starting an intentional transitional phase, ensuring that our clients and on-going projects were supported at the same high level of quality that has always been expected from our company and team.
Celebrating his eighth year with EP, Ryan has become a critical component to the success of the firm, helping to push and hone the vision of EP from day one. While he has always been a leader, taking on this new COO role brings additional responsibilities and opportunities for Ryan. The impact he has already had on our people and our company in his short time within the COO role is profound.
