About Bill
Bill is a Senior Project Scientist at Environmental Partners with 9 years of experience in the Environmental and Stormwater services. He specializes in soil, air, and water sampling, NPDES Phase II stormwater compliance, drain system mapping, hazardous waste management, and drilling oversight.
Bill is responsible for the Landfill Monitoring Program at EP where he has supported ten municipalities throughout The Commonwealth. His project experience includes GIS mapping, field data collection, environmental site assessments, lead-based paint and asbestos surveys, and data analysis.
Graduated from Trinity College, Bill acquired a B.S. in Environmental Science and a Minor in Biology. Additionally, Bill has completed the OSHA 40 HAZWOPER training, the NASSCO MACP/PACP/LACP training program, and lead-based paint and asbestos inspector trainings. He is a member of the Massachusetts Water Pollution Control Association (MWPCA) and participates in the Environmental Business Council Young Professionals program.
