About Bruce
Bruce provides Client Services at Environmental Partners. With an extensive and varied career in the municipal sector, Bruce has over 40 years of experience including many years as a Director of Public Works.
His background provides a unique perspective to public works projects and processes as he understands how municipal projects develop and come to fruition. Bruce supports projects through all phases with particular expertise in supporting communities through development, consensus building and stakeholder engagement, and financing and funding initiatives.
With a B.S in Civil Engineering, Bruce is a Register Professional Engineer who has help communities throughout Massachusetts implement public works projects, processes, and plans. He has been a part of numerous organizations within Massachusetts as a participant and a leader including a Past President of the Essex County Highway Association, a current Chairman of the Salem and Beverly Water Supply Board, and is a Public Works Policy Committee Member of the Massachusetts Municipal Associate (MMA).
