Keith is a Senior Project Engineer at Environmental Partners with 10 years of experience in Drinking Water, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, Infrastructure Asset Management, and Wastewater services.

He specializes in municipal drinking water supply, treatment, distribution, and storage. His experience includes planning, design, permitting, cost estimating, compiling contract plans and specifications, bidding assistance, construction administration, hydraulic modeling, emergent contaminants, and project management.

Keith is a Registered Professional Engineer and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and a Minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Keith has a Master of Science degree in Management from WPI. Additionally, Keith is active in Rhode Island Water Works Association (RIWWA) as part of their Programming Committee, as well as a member of New England Water Works Association (NEWWA), Massachusetts Water Works Association (MWWA) and Plymouth County Water Works Association (PCWWA).
