About Mark
Mark Co-Founded Environmental Partners over 20 years ago and has over 40 years of experience in a broad range of environmental engineering projects.
Specializing in drinking water, solid waste, and waste water services, he has worked extensively with municipal, state, and federal agencies, often supporting clients with navigating complex permitting processes and pathways with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs including MEPA and DEP.
With a M.S in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and a B.S in Environmental Science from Hampshire College, Mark has extensive knowledge and experience providing strategic environmental management services to private and public sector clients. Additionally, he is an active member of several water, highway, and environmental organizations including the American Water Works Association (AWWA), New England Water Works Association (NEWWA), Massachusetts Water Works Association (MWWA), Barnstable County Water Utilities Association (Board of Directors), Plymouth County Water Works Association, Massachusetts Highway Association, Barnstable County Public Works Associations, and Plymouth County Highway Association and the New England Water Environmental Association (NEWEA).
