Steven is a Project Engineer at Environmental Partners with 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Emergency Management Services, and Drinking Water.
He specializes in site design and process mechanical design for drinking water distribution projects and is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and has experience with ArcGIS. Steven’s project experience includes water meter testing and replacements, water main improvements, water pump stations, construction oversight, preparation of specifications, and construction cost estimates.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Steven has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, and he has acquired his Registered Professional Engineer license and a 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification. Additionally, Steven is an active member of the Connecticut Water Works Association, where he is involved in planning Young Professional events, and the New England Water Works Association.
