EP is pleased to announce that Conrad Leger has joined our Leadership Team as the Director of Asset Management.
Conrad has over 15 years of diverse experience in transportation, stormwater and asset management, with a particular focus on right-of-way assets including pavement, ADA curb ramps, sidewalks, MUTCD signs, and underground infrastructure mapping.
As an energetic thought leader and innovative trailblazer in asset management, Conrad has been relied on by more than 100 communities throughout New England to better manage their infrastructure networks. He has proven himself as one of the foremost experts in pavement management, specializing in roadway treatment selection, development of realistic capital improvement plans and presenting project findings to key stakeholders.
Conrad is highly active in the American Public Works Association, the Massachusetts Highway Association and its regional subdivisions. He has been solicited by organizations such as UMTC, RI Public Works Association, Connecticut’s T2 Center, NH Public Works Association and New England APWA to teach and facilitate courses on topics related to Pavement Management.
Conrad’s skills and inherent talents supplement EP’s existing services perfectly, serving as a valuable resource to our expanding client base. His background will complement our diverse transportation planning and design projects, and enhance our complete streets expertise. Having Conrad join our team is consistent with our strategic planning and growth objectives, as well as our full commitment to the best client service in the industry.
