EP Welcomes Frank Marinaccio, PE

EP is pleased to welcome Frank Marinaccio, PE! As a Senior Project Manager in Transportation, Frank will be leading EP’s Transportation efforts in the State of Rhode Island.

Frank has over 14 years of diverse transportation and traffic experience on projects located throughout the States of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Frank gained hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of the municipal market as the former Assistant City Engineer for the City of Newport, Rhode Island. His expertise spans both the public and private sectors, encompassing active transportation design with a strong focus on creating accessible pedestrian, bicycle, and public transit infrastructure.

Highly regarded in his field, Frank is an active member of the American Public Works Association (APWA). Currently, he serves as the Chair of the National APWA Young Professionals Committee and the Chair of the YP Summit Subcommittee. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Frank was honored with the prestigious Myron Calkins National Young Leader of the Year Award in 2021. Additionally, he remains active in the New England Chapter of APWA and the Rhode Island Public Works Association (RIPWA).
