EP has worked closely with the City of Lawrence since Fall of 2018 when gas explosions shook the city as well as the towns of Andover and North Andover.
Since that time and into 2023, EP has assisted the City with the challenge of putting 32 miles of gas-impacted roads back together. Throughout the process, EP has worked to address roadway and sidewalk surfaces, make improvements to deficient alignments, implement traffic calming strategies near schools, and provide comfortable and compliant pedestrian and bicycle accommodations.
