The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has published new regulations establishing a drinking water Maximum Contaminant Level for the sum of six PFAS substances at 20 parts per trillion effective October 2, 2020.
On December 16, EP professionals Eric Kelley and Adam Kran presented a webinar on the latest strategies for complying with the new PFAS regulations.
