Environmental Partners is working with the Cromwell (CT) Fire District, Water Division (District) on their proposed Water System Emergency Interconnections project. The District is proactively evaluating potential water supply interconnections with bordering Towns to supplement water supply from their existing sources to ensure the District will have redundant water supply sources.
With the ultimate goal of being able to provide customers with a more reliable source of drinking water during emergencies, EP has teamed up with the District to assess potential emergency sources while completing hydraulic investigations and coordinating with neighboring systems to assess multiple potential new interconnections.
