During routine redevelopment maintenance, the Town of Wrentham’s Well No. 3 well screen failed, requiring its replacement to take high priority. This past summer, EP performed an exploratory drilling program within the replacement radius to identify a suitable location for a new groundwater supply well. The drilling program identified a location that improved Well No. 3’s protective Zone I and from field testing will be able to match the existing Well No. 3’s capacity and water quality.
As the project moves forward, EP will work with the Town to permit, design, and install the replacement groundwater supply well.
