Implementing a proactive approach, the Seekonk Water District sets money aside annually to redevelop three of their five gravel pack wells as an easy way of gaining additional water capacity for their system.
The District prioritizes their annual well redevelopment projects to also help increase water quality and extend the useful life of their wells and appurtenances. EP assists the District and supports their focus on resiliency by keeping track of the specific capacities of each of their wells, and identifying which sources would benefit the most from redevelopment.
