To improve fire flow availability and water system reliability in a sensitive area in the Town of Hingham, EP is working with the Weir River Water System to replace antiquated and undersized water mains in local roads near the Foster Elementary School.
EP designed a horizontally directionally drilled water main to cross under an existing culvert with ease, avoiding interference with the culvert’s function.
