About Benny
Benny is a Senior Project Manager and an Associate at Environmental Partners with over 25 years of experience in Transportation engineering and design.
With completed and on-going work for municipalities throughout Massachusetts and with extensive work with MassDOT as well as private sector clients, Benny oversees projects in all aspects from concept development to final design, bid documents, and construction administration. His project experience ranges from designing curb cuts to interstate highway off-ramps, and designing (or redesigning) state highway interchanges to urban intersection improvements. His responsibilities include designing horizontal and vertical alignments, traffic controls and signage, drainage systems, traffic management plans, safety improvements, preparing drawing plans, engineering estimates, specifications, and bid documents. Community assistance is a large part of this work and Benny assists in developing Capital Improvement Plans, budgeting and funding, supporting projects through all phases, and preparing multi-modal plans including Complete Streets projects.
A licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Benny acquired a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
