About Paul
Paul is a Senior Principal and a Regional Manager at Environmental Partners with over 35 years of experience in Drinking Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Owner’s Project Management, Emergency Management Services, and Construction Management services.
As Regional Manager, Paul oversees our day-to-day operations in our Woburn office.
Specializing in supporting complicated utility and building projects including sewer force mains and treatment plants, he provides construction management and engineering services for communities in need of everything from on-call services to critical pipeline failure assistance.
A registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in the states of MA, CT, and VT, Paul graduated with a M.S in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and a B.S in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin. Additionally, he is active in many organizations including New England Water Environmental Association’s (NEWEA) Collections System Committee, and New England Water Works Association’s (NEWWA) Ground Water Committee.
