About Robert

Bob is a Principal at Environmental Partners with 30 years of experience in Environmental engineering.

He specializes in the Wastewater and Stormwater fields. He also has extensive experience in GIS & Asset Management and Owner’s Project Management (OPM). He has led projects related to comprehensive planning; stormwater permitting, compliance and design; wastewater treatment and collection studies and designs; and general utility infrastructure improvements. He focuses on water quality management issues such as stormwater and wastewater systems interactions, comprehensive water quality planning, decentralized wastewater solutions, and Capacity, Management, and Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) programs.

A certified Professional Engineer in MA, Bob is an alum of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a B.S in Civil Engineering and an M.S in Environmental Engineering. Additionally, he has a certificate in Asset Management from BAMI – Purdue University. Bob is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Water Environment Association (WEF) and New England Water Environmental Association (NEWEA), and Essex County Highway Association.
