About Natalie
Natalie is a Project Manager and an Associate at Environmental Partners with 19 years of experience in Environmental, Stormwater, Drinking Water and Infrastructure Asset Management Services.
She leads MS4 Phase II stormwater permitting for over two-dozen Massachusetts communities, and is an expert in EP’s GIS development and analysis programs, environmental sampling protocols and standards, and groundwater/soil exploration and mitigation. Often in project management roles, her focuses include new source well exploration and pump test operation, MCP compliance assistance, stormwater compliance programs, and training municipalities on the MS4 permit process.
Graduating from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Environmental Geology and Marine Studies, Natalie helps lead and manage EP’s Environmental Team. Additionally, she serves on NEWEA’s Stormwater Committee and on WEF’s MS4 Awards Committee, and is a MA Registered Soil Evaluator. She is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA), Massachusetts Highway Association (MHA), Norfolk Bristol Middlesex (NBM) Highway Association, Essex County Highway Association, and the New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA).
