About Ryan

Ryan is a Senior Project Manager and an Associate at Environmental Partners with 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering.

Specializing in Stormwater and Wastewater Engineering, his project experience includes stormwater modelling, management, and design and wastewater collection system design and rehabilitation. Ryan has unique experiences with construction project management and leadership as a former U.S. Army Construction Officer.

Ryan’s education includes a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, Graduate of the U.S. Army Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course, Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. He is a Professional Engineer in the States of MA and CT, a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), and is NASSCO Pipeline, Manhole, and Lateral Assessment Certified (PACP, MACP, and LACP). Additionally, Ryan is a member of the New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) and is on the NEWEA Stormwater Committee. He has earned the Navy Commendation Medal as a Construction Officer during Operation Enduring Freedom for his work as a Battalion Construction Officer and Bridging Officer.
